• Cash
• Open line of credit - with approved credit
  If you have an open line of credit (an approved charge account), you may choose this payment function. However, you must issue a purchase order # or job name/job # in order for the transaction to be completed.

• Will call orders
  -Call ahead - we'll have your order waiting for you
  
• Local delivery
  C-K & W Supply offers local delivery for our charge a/c customers. A fuel surcharge may apply.
  
  
• Same day shipment
  Most orders received within our regular working hours for in-stock items, will be shipped the same day the order is received. Any orders requiring shipment by common carrier usually ships within 48 hours.
  
  Please be advised that for all shipments by common carrier – you are responsible for unloading the item from the truck. The trucking company is not under an obligation to assist you in unloading any shipments.

Returns
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund, or replacement. Please call within 30 days of shipment for return instructions and receive a return goods authorizations #. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. The returned merchandise must be in original factory condition (unused), and must be returned in the original packing along with all manuals and accessories.

C-K & W Supply gladly accepts returns that qualify under a manufacuturer 30 day return policy. However, you will incurr any return shipping charges. Any returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

C-K & W Supply supports any & all warranties offered by the manufacturers.
